THE BLESSING OF OBEDIENCE

 SCRIPTURE: Vayikra (Lev) 23:4-40 what is that in your hand?

SYNOPSIS: Sukkot is the most special time of joy. Sukkot and its true profound meaning has to do with what Yehovah wants in our hands. On most holy days there is only one thing in our hands except for Shavuot. This holy day there is four things in our hands. Why and what is the purpose?

 

THEME 1: WHAT IS IN YOUR HANDS: Vayikra (Lev) 23:4-40 what is in our hands each time.

THEME 2: UNDERSTANDING THE PALM: Mattiyahu 18:19-22 (70 X 7 = Sukkot). Yochanan (Joh) 12:13. Mattiyahu (Mat) 21:6-9 Waving Palms and throwing the tallit on the ground. Rev 7:8-17 Holding Palms in their hands by the living water

THEME 3: THE WAVE OFFERING: Sh’mot (Ex) 29:1-24 Law of first ref “Wave offering” consecration, Lev 23:40, Mat 18:22, Sh’mot (ex) 15:23-27 the taste of sweet wood in your Sukkot water. Lev 23:34 

THEME 4: REWARD. Rut 2:11-13 reward for the gentile for blessing the Jew and being obedient. Ps 119:33-34 in the lesson knowledge will be given about obtaining the reward. Pro 12:14 .  Yesha’yahu  (Isa) 62:8-11 His reward is with Him to give to all what their deeds deserve

Exo 15:23  They arrived at Marah but couldn't drink the water there, because it was bitter. This is why they called it Marah [bitterness].

THEME 4: REWARD. Rut 2:11-13 reward for the gentile for blessing the Jew and being obedient

Psa 119:33  ה (Heh) Teach me, Adonai, the way of your laws; keeping them will be its own reward for me. Psa 119:34  Give me understanding; then I will keep your Torah; I will observe it with all my heart.

 

Pro 12:14  One can be filled with good as the result of one's words, and one gets the reward one's deeds deserve.

Sh’mot (Ex) 15:25-26

Exo 15:25  Moshe cried to Adonai; and Adonai showed him a certain piece of wood, which, when he threw it into the water, made the water taste good. There Adonai made laws and rules of life for them, and there he tested them.

 

Isa 44:3  For I will pour water on the thirsty land and streams on the dry ground; I will pour my Spirit on your descendants, my blessing on your offspring.

Today os the day we celebrate in the presence of the one who engraved us on the palms of His hands & thank the Father for sending his!!!
