HB008 Chanukah a strong prophetic memorial day

FIRST: Chanukah has nothing to do with oil lasting eight days.

SECOND: We see Yeshua the Messiah partaking in the Chanukah observance in

Joh 10:22  Then came Hanukkah in Yerushalayim. It was winter,

Joh 10:23  and Yeshua was walking around inside the Temple area, in Shlomo's Colonnade.

Any Gentile so called Messianic ministry who does not see this has not been discipled in a true Torah observant Messianic way. For they do not understand this prophetic warning Yeshua gives in Mat 24:15  "So when you see the abomination that causes desolation spoken about through the prophet Dani'el standing in the Holy Place" (let the reader understand the allusion), Mat 24:16  "that will be the time for those in Y'hudah to escape to the hills. Mat 24:17  If someone is on the roof, he must not go down to gather his belongings from his house; Mat 24:18  if someone is in the field, he must not turn back to get his coat. Mat 24:19  What a terrible time it will be for pregnant women and nursing mothers! Mat 24:20  Pray that you will not have to escape in winter or on Shabbat.

These verses are all about Chanukah. Yeshua is quoting 1 Maccabees almost verbatim. It is vitally important when Yeshua speaks of these events in v15 thru 20 these are resent history for Him. So, why is He speaking about them in the future tense? Take the time to watch this intense true understanding of the Feast of Dedication. So you can get away from the dreidel and potato pancakes.
