297 Faithfulness in the marriage

Mat 19:7  They said to him, "Then why did Moshe give the commandment that a man should hand his wife a get and divorce her?"

Mat 19:8  He answered, "Moshe allowed you to divorce your wives because your hearts are so hardened. But this is not how it was at the beginning.

It was not how it was at the beginning says Yeshua about marriage. Adonai wants that relationship that He had in the beginning with us in the Garden before sin came in and caused pain. Because He is such a loving King He allows us to choose whether or not we want to be there with Him. The choice is for each of us to make. Marriage is a blessing but it takes tremendous work. Most of all a marriage takes faithfulness on the part of both people. Now many people plan for the wedding. What the date would be, where the reception will be, where the honeymoon is going to be. But not many people plan the marriage and how that is going to be. This life is very short and eternity is extremely long. Will our Yeshua see you as His beloved when you die and see Him face to face, or, an adulterous person who followed other gods? Learn the keys to faithfulness in marriage.
