MESSIANIC LESSON 886 THE COVENANT

SYNOPSIS: The Hebrew alphabet is made up of 22 letters, which are used to compose the Word of God. The word of God is called a “LAMP”, Psa 119:105  נ (Nun) Your word is a lamp for my foot and light on my path.  The menorah has 22 almond blossoms on it. The menorah lights the way to the words of the covenant. B’resheet, the first word of Torah, means “in [the] beginning.” The Gematria for B’resheet is 913. This is exactly 300 more than the mitzvahs of Torah, 613. Yet there is a connection between B’resheet, the Mitzvot, Pesach and the covenant with man. Let us go explore the “the covenant” to see why YESHUA said do this in memory of HIM.
