407 resting place for your soul
Do you feel a little uneasy? Do you feel like the world is getting a little crazy? Do you have an unsettling feeling in your spirit?
Gen 32:23 (32:24) He took them and sent them across the stream, then sent his possessions across;
Gen 32:24 (32:25) and Ya`akov was left alone. Then some man wrestled with him until daybreak.
Even though Yehovah had spoken to Him directly Ya’akov still had to fight with God. Many times in our lives we are shown things by God about blessings that are there for our taking. If we just walk towards the goal. But many times we have this internal battle and miss out on our blessings. In the bible there are true accounts of people really messing up and losing their blessings. Did you ever wonder why these accounts are there? Why these examples of messing up by the Patriarchs of our faith are there? In section one of this message we will look at these events to get a better understanding of how it applies to us today. In section two of this message we will look at the warning given to us by Yehovah about when they say Peace, Peace, but there is not peace. Then we take a Hebraic look at this intense verse in the bible and how it about the days we live in.
Jer 6:16 Here is what Adonai says: "Stand at the crossroads and look; ask about the ancient paths, 'Which one is the good way?' Take it, and you will find rest for your souls. But they said, 'We will not take it.'
We will look at Crossroads, Look, ancient paths, way, and rest for your souls.
