528 tearing away from the old life

SYNOPSIS: What happens to each and every person after they leave the bondage of the world is up to each individual. We must study the ancient paths to understand the future. Somebody invented the wheel so we don’t have to reinvent it. Square tires don’t sound good to me and neither does Sh’ol. In this message we will take a detailed look at after the excitement of the Holy days has past and we have been freed from slavery do we allow ourselves to be torn away from the old life or does the old life tear us apart?

SECTION 1: NARROW PATH. All a person’s ways are pure in their own sight, but Yehovah weighs the spirit. How much does a spirit weigh? How much is it supposed to weigh? Is my spirit overweight? Can a spirit be to fat or is a fat spirit good? If my spirit is fat will it be a hindrance in getting through the narrow gate or will it keep me on the proper path? If my spirit is skinny will I be able to to stay on the King’s Highway or will Edom block my way?

SECTION 2: WALKING THAT PATH. After the spring holy days have come to a close. We have left Pharaoh’s house. We are now in the desert. The question is has the house of Pharaoh left us? Did we tear our clothes or did we tear our hearts away from that life? Each year we need to ask ourselves this personal question have a torn myself away from that old life or am I a cowardice murmur?
