718 THE GREAT REMINDERS

 

Scripture: Vayikra (Lev) 23:1-4

 

SYNOPSIS: The first thing we are going to ask today is; Why does YEHOVAH give us reminders? What are their purposes? What are the blessings if we remember them? What are the eternal blessings to come? What are the benefits for our children and the generations to come after them? What if we forget them, these biblical reminders? What are the curses if we forget these foundational, functional reminders? What are the curses for our children, our homes, cities, states & nations? What are the eternal consequences? What are the consequences for the next 3 to 4 or even more generations to come? Let us learn on this His HaShabbat about reminders.

Gen 9:15  I will remember my covenant which is between myself and you and every living creature of any kind; and the water will never again become a flood to destroy all living beings.

Col 1:13  He has rescued us from the domain of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear Son. Col 1:14  It is through his Son that we have redemption — that is, our sins have been forgiven.

Luk 16:19  "Once there was a rich man who used to dress in the most expensive clothing and spent his days in magnificent luxury. Luk 16:20  At his gate had been laid a beggar named El`azar who was covered with sores.
