HASHABBAT LESSON 1: UNDERSTANDING HISTORY. Rev. 21:9-12 Shows a covenant that can’t be erased or replaced.

Rev 21:12  It had a great, high wall with twelve gates; at the gates were twelve angels; and inscribed on the gates were the names of the twelve tribes of Isra'el.

WRITE: WHEN ALL IS SAID AND DONE IN MY LIFE, WHAT WILL BE MY HISTORY?

Rev 21:11

Mattiyahu (Mat) 5:18 YESHUA says this history cannot be removed.

Mat 5:18  Yes indeed! I tell you that until heaven and earth pass away, not so much as a yud ( י ) or a stroke will pass from the Torah—not until everything that must happen has happened.

B’resheet (Gen) 2:4 history of the heavens and the earth.

Gen 2:4  Here is the history of the heavens and the earth when they were created. On the day when YEHOVAH, God, made earth and heaven,

HISTORY – ACCOUNT: H8435 תּלדה / תּולדה tôledâh BDB Definition: 1) descendants, results, proceedings, generations, genealogies 2) account of men and their descendants 3) genealogical list of one’s descendants 4) one’s contemporaries 5) course of history (of creation etc)

B’resheet (Gen) 3:1 enter sin.

Gen 3:1  Now the serpent was more crafty than any wild animal which YEHOVAH, God, had made. He said to the woman, "Did God really say, 'You are not to eat from any tree in the garden'?"

2ND Corinthians 5:9-10 Your full history on display.

2Co 5:9  Therefore, whether at home or away from home, we try our utmost to please him; 2Co 5:10  for we must all appear before the Messiah's court of judgment, where everyone will receive the good or bad consequences of what he did while he was in the body.

HOLD PLACE

Rev 20:12 History…observational science.

Rev 20:12  And I saw the dead, both great and small, standing in front of the throne. Books were opened; and another book was opened, the Book of Life; and the dead were judged from what was written in the books, according to what they had done.

HASHABBAT LESSON 2: REMOVING HISTORY. Luke 3:23-38 GENERATIONS

Prov 22:6 Don’t train them, what does their future look like?

Pro 22:6  Train a child in the way he [should] go; and, even when old, he will not swerve from it.

B’resheet (Gen) 18:17-19 Children are to keep the way of YEHOVAH, let us remove that history lesson.

Gen 18:17  YEHOVAH said, "Should I hide from Avraham what I am about to do,

Gen 18:18  inasmuch as Avraham is sure to become a great and strong nation, and all the nations of the earth will be blessed by him?

Gen 18:19  For I have made myself known to him, so that he will give orders to his children and to his household after him to keep the way of YEHOVAH and to do what is right and just, so that YEHOVAH may bring about for Avraham what he has promised him."

D’varim (Deut) 4:5-9 when they don’t fear you or respect you, history shows they attack and destroy you.

Deu 4:8  What great nation is there that has laws and rulings as just as this entire Torah which I am setting before you today?

Deu 4:9  Only be careful, and watch yourselves diligently as long as you live, so that you won't forget what you saw with your own eyes, so that these things won't vanish from your hearts. Rather, make them known to your children and grandchildren—

Ephesians 6:1-4 Change your history, lose your children.

Eph 6:4  Fathers, don't irritate your children and make them resentful; instead, raise them with the Lord's kind of discipline and guidance.

What if these signs were removed what would their history say of them

Sh’mot (Ex) 12:13-14 What if you change the sign do you change history?

Exo 12:13  The blood will serve you as a sign marking the houses where you are; when I see the blood, I will pass over [Hebrew: pasach] you—when I strike the land of Egypt, the death blow will not strike you. Exo 12:14  " 'This will be a day for you to remember and celebrate as a festival to YEHOVAH; from generation to generation you are to celebrate it by a perpetual regulation.

Sh’mot (Ex) 31:12-13 What if you change the sign do you change history?

Exo 31:12  YEHOVAH said to Moshe, Exo 31:13  "Tell the people of Isra'el, 'You are to observe my Shabbats; for this is a sign between me and you through all your generations; so that you will know that I am YEHOVAH, who sets you apart for me.

B’resheet (Gen) 17:10-12 What if you change the sign do you change history?

Gen 17:10  Here is my covenant, which you are to keep, between me and you, along with your descendants after you: every male among you is to be circumcised.

Gen 17:11  You are to be circumcised in the flesh of your foreskin; this will be the sign of the covenant between me and you.

Gen 17:12  Generation after generation, every male among you who is eight days old is to be circumcised, including slaves born within your household and those bought from a foreigner not descended from you.

D’varim (Deut) 27:1-3 What happens when this gets removed?

Deu 27:1  Then Moshe and all the leaders of Isra'el gave orders to the people. They said, "Observe all the mitzvot I am giving you today.

Deu 27:2  When you cross the Yarden to the land YEHOVAH your God is giving you, you are to set up large stones, put plaster on them,

Deu 27:3  and, after crossing over, write this Torah on them, every word—so that you can enter the land YEHOVAH your God is giving you, a land flowing with milk and honey, as YEHOVAH, the God of your ancestors, promised you.
